Getting the client

Download the installer, unzip it somewhere with about 4 GB free and run 4Genesis.exe. It downloads the game on first run.

Creating an account

Sign up with a username, a password and your email address. Usernames are 3–20 characters, letters and numbers only.

We email you a link to confirm it. The account is created when you click that link. Until then there is nothing to log in with.

The email never arrived

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, sign up again with the same username and email address. That sends a fresh link, and the older one stops working.

The link says it's no longer valid

If you've clicked it before, your account was most likely created, so try logging in. Some email apps open links on their own, which means this can happen even if you only clicked once.

If it says the link has expired, sign up again for a new one.

Forgotten password

There's no password reset on the site yet. Ask on Discord and the team can reset it for you.
